Sit back and enjoy watching boaters and enjoy the evening sunsets. Enjoy walks on the beach. para sailing, waverunners, boating, deep sea fishing, bay fishing, crabbing. Enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. Many restaurants and attractions are nearby and the boardwalk with amusement rides and games and plenty of shops is always fun for everyone. Major golf courses within a short drive. Lots of miniature golf and water rides are nearby. Ocean City has a bus that runs up and down the main road for $2 a day and night!. No Smoking in Unit No Pets allowed This is not a Senior/College Graduate Rental, No smoking You have to be 25 years old. (Copy of Drivers License must be included with signed lease) Parents and of age Adults cannot sign for children. All Responsible adults must be present during term of lease, otherwise immediate eviction and lall money will be forfeited.

$250 Security deposit (refundable with no damages) Approx. 1/3 of Total rental amount to book unit. Final amount due 45 days before check-in. Damage Insurance - $45

Option Travel Insurance provided. Optional Linen package (sheets & towels) can be purchased for $100.00.
