Main bedroom has Whirlpol tub to relax after a nice long walk on the beach or boardwalk. Nice pool on roof of building and a putting green to practice before going out golfing in nearby golf courses. Also, to stay in shape a sauna and workout gym. No Smoking in Unit No Pets allowed This is not a Senior/College Graduate Rental. No smoking You have to be 25 years old. (Copy of Drivers License must be included with signed lease) Parents and of age Adults cannot sign for children. All Responsible adults must be present during term of lease, otherwise immediate eviction and all money will be forfeited.

Approx. 1/3 of total Rental and security deposit ($250) to book unit. Final amount due 45 days before check-in. Rental Damage Insurance $45
